Cancelation Policy

Cancelations require a minimum 48 hours notice. Appointments not canceled within the requested time frame will be charged the full consultation fee prior to rebooking. 

Refund Policy

Refunds on services completed are offered only after all conflict resolution options have been exhausted. All deposits & consultation fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Design Buddy Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Membership is valid for 1 year and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
