Dimensioned Floor plan Reflected Ceiling Plan Furniture Plan Finish Schedules Door/Window Schedules Interior & Exterior Elevations Building Sections *3 dimensional renderings are available for an additional cost. *These are architectural plans only that are ready to be stamped by your engineer/architect of choice. *This service requires an IN-PERSON CONSULTATION booking prior to scheduling. Second, third and fourth consultations will be scheduled after contract to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. *FINAL DELIVERABLES EXPECTED WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds on services completed are offered only after all conflict resolution options have been exhausted. All deposits & consultation fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
